Our food is cooked in an approved registered kitchen, complying with all Health Department requirements.
Who can purchase meals from us?
Home recipients – whether elderly, unwell, going on holidays, or just wanting a quick kosher meal.
Patients in hospital – we cater to most major hospitals in Melbourne. You may continue to order our meals when you go home.
Do I need to have an account?
While it isn’t mandatory to have an account, it will make order easier for you, especially if you want to repeat an order at another time.
To create an account, click on My Account on the top menu, and then click on Continue under the label New Customer.
How do I order?

How do I order using your online system?
- Click on Shop Meals in the top toolbar to view our full range of meals.
- Select the meal you’re interested in by clicking on its picture. Adjust the quantity you’d like and click Add to Cart to include the number of items in your order.
- To add more items, simply click on another category and repeat the steps above.
- Once you’ve finished shopping, click the Cart button on the right side of the screen and review your order detels.
- You may than press proceed to checkout, You’ll then be prompted to enter your payment and delivery details.

How will I receive the meal?
Depending on your circumstances, meals can be:
Delivered to your home by one of our volunteers.
Picked up from our distribution centre in St Kilda.
Ordered in hospitals and provided by their catering staff at the regular meal times – at your request.
Who prepares and packages the meals?
Our food is prepared and packaged in our home-style kitchen by a certified chef, with the assistance of our dedicated volunteer team.

How do I pay for meals?
Pay online when you order the meal using Credit Card or PayPal.
Pay when the food is delivered to your home.
Pay when you pick up the food from our distribution centre.
Open an account and receive an invoice – please discuss this option with the office.
